CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Participant Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund (minus processing fees).

• 7 to 14 days before the course: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before the course: No refund.

• No-shows: No refund.

Rescheduling Policy

• Participants may request to reschedule their course at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the course start time will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Cancellations by Salty Souls Freediving (Non-Weather Related)

• If Salty Souls Freediving must cancel the course for any reason other than weather, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• If the course is canceled less than 48 hours prior due to adverse weather, participants receive a full refund.

Salty Souls Freediving is not liable for financial losses resulting from weather-related cancellations such as flights, accommodation, or travel costs - please organize your own travel insurance that includes trip and activity cancellation coverage.

Please note, this policy is only applicable to courses and trainings fully operated by Salty Souls Freediving and does not apply to retreats, expeditions, or day-trip adventures. Please contact Salty Souls if you have any questions or concerns.
